Jessica is a recognized expert with a demonstrated history of working in the power market, renewable energy development, decarbonization, carbon markets and green finance. Over the last decade, she has chance to work with a great diversity of projects and being an integral advisor to clients for the integrated energy system approach, covering energy production, distribution and use.

Ms. Anna Yeow is the Head of the Global Innovation Office and the startup eco-system in the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Office in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. She drives the signature Global Entrepreneurial Internship Programme in which students obtain immersive experience of the startup eco-system by interning in startups and innovation arms of companies in major startup hubs of the world. She also leads in developing student and alumni entrepreneurs in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. A number of Ngee Ann entrepreneurs were groomed under her leadership.

Prior to this, she was the Deputy Director of Industry in the School of Business and Accountancy, whereby she was in-charge of driving continuation education programmes, Industry partnerships and entrepreneurship. She was also a senior lecturer with the School.

She was awarded the prestigious Public Service Administration(Bronze) Award and the Public Service (Long Service) Award by the Government of Singapore for her excellent contributions to the Public Service.

Before joining the education sector, Anna played a key financial role in a major property developer in Singapore. She also has extensive experience in auditing with a Big Four Accounting firm locally and in Australia. She is a Chartered Accountant in Singapore.

Anna contributes actively to the community. She is a member of the Singapore Children’s Society and was presented with the Long Service Award by the President of Singapore. In addition, she was also an Executive Committee member of the Neighbourhood Committee.
