Mr. Danny Nguyen Duc Dung
Acting General Director of Hoa Binh Innovation Center (HBIC)
Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung (Danny) is currently the Acting General Director of Hoa Binh Innovation Center – HBIC, the entity that builds – connects – promotes Creative Innovation and the startup ecosystem. Right before joining HBIC, he took the responsibility of manufacturing for Earable Inc., a deep-tech startup from the US in the area of neuroscience. At Earable, he directly prepared for industrial-scale production in Vietnam for the company. This is also the area where he spent 5 years at management at Jabil– the Top 3 world EMS, successfully developed production in Vietnam for large customers from the US and Europe.
Before that, Mr. Danny was a Business Coach of the world’s leading Business Coach brand ActionCOACH, specializing in accompanying SME business owners to develop their businesses systematically, sustainably, and prosperously. He was also the Director of the University Partnership Program in the Southern area of VinTech City, Vingroup where he focused on building the tech community and supporting University researchers to commercialize their research.
Mr. Danny received his Master of Computer Science and Master of Business Administration in Information and Communication from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea. As a matter of fact, he has the technical background and business acumen when consulting, mentoring and accompanying startups, especially the ones from overseas to penetrate the Vietnam market.
