Mr. Le Nhat Quang has more than 9 years of experience in the process of participating in building an Innovation Startup Ecosystem at ITP and the Vietnam Startup Community.

He has supported and consulted more than 200 Innovative Startup Projects annually; participate in training and guiding more than 5,000 managers on developing and building a local Startup Ecosystem.

Professional experience:

• The study identifies factors affecting the entrepreneurial spirit of ICT students in VNU-HCM in 2014.
• Current situation and solutions to promote technology commercialization at VNU-HCM in 2017.
• Improve capacity to build an innovative startup ecosystem for managers of ministries, localities, socio-political organizations and research and training institutions in 2018.

Participate in co-implementation:

• Building a model of a centralized Information Technology Park in the university in 2015.
• Develop and pilot the overall Start-up Support Program at VNU-HCM in 2016.
• Support training for start-ups of Information and Communication Technology Enterprises, prioritizing the field of Internet of Things 2016.
• Assess the University’s readiness to approach the fourth industrial revolution in Ho Chi Minh City 2020.
• Building the project of VNU-HCM Innovation Startup Center in 2017.
• Building the project of AI Center in Ho Chi Minh City HCM 2021.
• Building the project of An Giang Innovation Center in 2022.
• Develop an Innovative Business Incubation Program in Ninh Thuan province 2021.
• Develop an Innovative Business Incubation Program in Vinh Long province 2022.
