Mr. Loo Chuan Boon is the Chief Operating Officer of the Selangor Information Technology & Digital Economy Corporation (Sidec). He started his career as a business development executive after acquiring his bachelor’s degree. He then began to slowly shift his career more into governance and policy-making while also playing a role in expanding business with domestic and foreign partners of the company. Besides that, he is also an experienced communication strategist, maintaining good relationships with governments and private companies, planning and managing events in accordance with target audience and strategies.
