Mr. Nguyen Hoang Khang
National Trade Marketing GT and Ecommerce Head of COCA-COLA
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Khang currently holds the position of National Trade Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola Vietnam. He has been leading the distribution channel strategy and market development for 5 years, accompanying Coca-Cola. Prior to joining Coca-Cola in 2013, Mr. Khang held the position of Senior Channel Marketing Manager, responsible for the HRC, Grocery, and KA channels.
He was involved in formulating the business strategy for Coca-Cola Vietnam during the period 2015-2018, focusing on consumer insight strategy and brand positioning. He drove strong innovation for Coca-Cola Vietnam through prominent campaigns, including Window Marketing, Tet (Lunar New Year) campaign, local festivals, VIP Rack program, and the successful launch of two new products, Coke Coffee and Mutant in Vietnam. This marked the successful launch of Coke Coffee, which became a typical model shared throughout the global Coca-Cola system.
Furthermore, Mr. Khang leads a team of young talents, delegates responsibilities to them, and identifies individuals capable of undertaking future business and trade marketing activities. He also has 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management at Heineken and 4 years of experience in Trade Category Management at Unilever.
He holds a bachelor's degree from a domestic university and completed an MBA program at Northampton MBA University (UK) in 2018. In addition, Mr. Khang is a lecturer teaching Marketing & Trade Marketing at top Marketing Academies in Vietnam, including Sage Academy, and is also the leader of the talent development group at Ton Duc Thang University.
