Associate Professor Dr. Tran Cao De, former Head of the Faculty of IT and Communications, at Can Tho University, has taught information technology subjects at Can Tho University since 1994, is currently the Director of the Center for Student Consultancy, Assistentcy, and Start-up, in charge of business cooperation, consulting and supporting student entrepreneurship; participate in teaching entrepreneurship and innovation; advising some start-up projects of students of Can Tho University.
