Mr. Hung Truong
Senior Investment Director of SK Vietnam, SK Group
Mr. Hung Truong is currently Senior Investment Director at SK Vietnam, HCMC office. Before joining SK in 2019, he developed his financial investment career at various organizations including Deloitte, VinaCapital, Vietnam Oman Investment, and PVI Asset Management for about 20 years where he had experience investing in different sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, logistics, agriculture, etc. and also in developing and running portfolio companies.
At SK, together with the team, he evaluates investment opportunities fitted into SK’s strategy including retail, consumer, healthcare, and logistics, and closely follows the new digital economy. He is currently a BOD member of Imexpharm, an invested company of SK. With regards to startup communities, he was known as a judge member of Startup Funding Camp 2018. In 2020, he participated in the organization of SKSF 2020 and was also a judge member.
Mr. Hung earned his Master of Finance and Banking from Monash University, Australia.
