Mr. Vo Quang Hue is a leading expert in the field of Automotive Engineering. After graduating from university in Germany, he gained 24 years of experience working for the BMW Group. After more than 12 years working in the R&D center of BMW Group in Munich, he was responsible for establishing subsidiary companies and manufacturing plants, as well as conducting BMW business in Southeast Asia, Mexico, and Egypt
Furthermore, Mr. Hue played a pivotal role in the establishment of a subsidiary company for the Bosch Group in Vietnam. As the first Managing Director of Bosch Vietnam from 2007 to 2017, he made remarkable contributions to the company’s investments in Vietnam. Notably, he spearheaded the establishment of an automotive component manufacturing plant in Dong Nai, involving a substantial investment of approximately $400 million. Additionally, he facilitated the building of two state-of-the-art multidisciplinary research centers in Ho Chi Minh city, employing a talented team of over 4,000 engineers
Following his accomplishments at Bosch, Mr. Hue took on the position of Deputy CEO of Vingroup Corporation, overseeing the Vinfast project and playing a crucial role in the development of the Vietnamese automotive project, VinFast. Through effective collaboration with BMW group and other international partners, the Vinfast automotive manufacturing complex in Hai Phong was established, and within a record-breaking timeframe of 21 months, four initial car models and two electric motorcycle models were launched
Currently, Mr. Hue is a member of Vietnam – Germany University (VGU) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) Councils. Additionally, he serves as the CEO of VOCIS consulting company and holds high-level advisory positions for several organizations, corporations, and startups in Vietnam
