Ms. Ha Thanh An is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Investment Business Partners (IBP). IBP was founded by veteran entrepreneurs with many years of experience in developing innovation-based businesses in Vietnam. With a network of more than 10,000 local and international technology companies, startups, and technology experts built over the past 12 years, IBP focuses on consulting and supporting businesses to build new growth strategies based on technology and innovation platforms. Some large local and international companies/ corporations that IBP’s expert team has partnered including Vingroup, Hoa Binh Construction Corporation, PNJ, Qualcomm (USA), and SK Group (Korea)

At the same time, Ms. Ha Thanh An is holding the role of International Relations Director at the Business Startup Support Center (BSSC). She designed and implemented the Startup Wheel program for international startups to explore the Vietnamese market. She also implemented other partnership programs between BSSC and international partners such as Quest Ventures (Singapore), Smilegate Investment (Korea), NIPA, KOTRA, etc.

In the period 2018 – 2020, An is the Deputy Director at VinTech City, a member of Vingroup – the largest conglomerate in Vietnam. VinTech City was established with the mission of developing an ecosystem of applied research and technology startups, following the Silicon Valley model. She operated the VinTech Applied Research Fund (VinTech Fund), which is the first private fund to sponsor and support the commercialization of high-tech products by Vietnamese around the world, with a total scale is $10 million USD for 2019 and 2020

Ms. An has the knowledge and deep experience of a technology founder at AntBuddy – the startup she founded in the period 2015 – 2017. She and her team have grown the company from scratch and expanded its business in Vietnam and neighboring markets such as Myanmar and Singapore

She graduated with a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Bristol (UK) – one of the Top 10 universities in the UK
