Ms. Le Huynh Phuong Thuc holds an Executive MBA from the University of Hawaii (USA) and has more than 25 years of experience working in the FMCG and retail sectors. Before becoming the first Vietnamese CEO in the Vietnam market of Guardian, under Dairy Farm International in 2019, she held several senior management positions for many multinational companies such as L’Oreal, FrieslandCampina, Castrol, Unilever, etc.

Guardian’s starting point is a traditional retailer with more than 50 years of experience in the industry and one of the largest retailers in Asia. Guardian Vietnam currently has more than 120 stores in Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Vung Tau, and Binh Duong, etc., and many online stores on the website and mobile applications, Grabmart as well as on other E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
