Ms. Mai Ngoc Hanh is CEO at Fram, a listed Swedish investment company based in Vietnam and focused on digital software startups in the Southeast Asia region.

With 15 years of experience in the venture capital and private equity industry, Ms. Hanh has a strong background in this field. Prior to joining Fram, she worked at Bpifrance, the French Sovereign Fund, which is one of Europe’s largest and most active investors. During her time there, she invested in and helped scale investment funds and operations globally.

Since May 2023, Ms. Hanh has also held the position of President at French Tech Vietnam, a member of the global French Tech communities that bring together startups, investors, policymakers, and community builders from 100 cities worldwide.

Ms. Hanh holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Economics from Paris IX Dauphine University in France. She has also obtained the ICCF (International Certificate in Corporate Finance) at HEC Paris, the AMF certification (French Monetary Authorities) and the Corporate Director certification (from Institut Français des Administrateurs).
