Ms. My (/miː/) Nguyen is an experienced startup builder, advisor, and angel investor passionate about empowering women in technology and entrepreneurship.

As part of the core team at Icetea Labs since 2019, she has been involved in the dynamic world of blockchain technology. She successfully supported early-stage projects raising funds and launching their tokens to the markets with her leadership in Red Kite Launchpad and GameFi.org. As a former founding member and chief executive officer of GameFi.org, My established it as a premier platform for Web3 gaming, raising $1.95 million from prominent investors such as Animoca Brands and Polygon.

With a deep-rooted passion for technology, she co-founded Junction Vietnam (formerly JunctionX Hanoi) in 2018, a vibrant community organizing technology hackathons in Vietnam, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and skill development.

Currently, she immerses herself in her stealth startup, which began development in late 2022. Committed to supporting female founders, she actively participates in organizations and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusivity in entrepreneurship and tech startups.
