Ms. Pham Thi My Le serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at L&A Holdings, specializing in human resources services and software technology. The primary brands in Vietnam under the company are L & A and SKALE. Since 2016, the company has received a minority investment from its partner, Open Up Group, a top 5 corporation in human resource outsourcing services in Japan.

Over the last two decades, Ms. Le has made a contribution to the company’s robust growth, expanding its workforce to 26,000 employees nationwide. The company carries out 200 projects annually for clients in Vietnam, Australia, Europe, Japan, and North America.

As a strategic-thinking leader, Ms. Le has created a competitive edge by extensively applying HR technology and the HRBP team’s proactive project management capabilities to deliver solutions and enhance customer performance.

Furthermore, Ms. Le holds the positions of Advisor at the Asia New Zealand Foundation, Ambassador of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), Initiator, and Advisor of the SME Mentoring Program, which supports a community of 16,000 startup entrepreneurs in Vietnam. She is also a Co-Founder of HAWEE (Ho Chi Minh City Women Executives and Entrepreneurs Association) and 2030 Businesspeople Club. In 2007, she was selected as the representative for Vietnam in the “Woman Leadership Mentoring Program” by the State Department of the USA. 

In 2016, Ms. Le attained the National Winner in Vietnam for the Strategic CFO course of CIMA. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Open University of Ho Chi Minh City in 1997 and graduated as the valedictorian of the English Teaching Faculty of Hue University of Pedagogy in 1994.
