Ms. Syahida is a professional with expertise in partnership management, macroeconomic strategy, and advocacy for digital technology. Throughout her diverse career, she has armed her with competencies in analytics, insights, business research, accounting, strategy formulation, and more, backed by hands-on experience.

In her present position, she manages partnership life cycles, skillfully managing stakeholder partner identification, project development, and implementation to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

In the realm of economics, she played an integral role in both the Eleventh and Twelfth Malaysia. Together with her team, she co-led the establishment of macroeconomic targets and the publication titled ‘Growing the Digital Economy from a National Perspective’. The publication highlights the importance of the Information Communication and Technology Satellite Account (DESA) in national planning and global benchmarking.
For context, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), a government agency under the purview of the Ministry of Communications and Digital, was established in 1996 to lead Malaysia’s digital economy.
