Ms. Vu Kim Anh is the former Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in charge of Heritage and Cultural Management; Standing Member of The Ho Chi Minh City Cultural Heritage Association and The Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association.
