• Mrs. Uc My has nearly 20 years of experience in the Finance and Agriculture Industries. She has utilized her strengths and expertise to transform TTC AgriS to become Vietnam’s leading company in smart agricultural development.  
• With a business philosophy that constantly revolves around the core goal of sustainable development, Mrs. Uc My has steered TTC AgriS to become the first Sugar Enterprise 4.0 in Vietnam – a crucial milestone in the journey of scaling up TTC AgriS’s international presence. 

Some of her outstanding achievements in the 2023-2024 year can be mentioned as:

• Played a crucial role in the implementation of the strategy to shift from a “centralized governance model for region-based operation” to a “centralized governance model for a circular commercial value chain.” This transformation reshaped the governance and operational framework from a traditional agricultural production model into an integrated smart agricultural economy, encompassing production, import-export, and agricultural trade services with a multi-national approach. The objective is to commercialize and optimize the value chain in alignment with the 2021-2025 strategic goals and the vision for 2030;
• Led TTC AgriS in adhering strictly to the strategic plan, ensuring the achievement of the five-year objectives for the 2021-2025 period, focusing on developing sectors aligned with the value chain;
• Developed strategies aimed at expanding the scale of raw material areas in the sugarcane-producing regions worldwide, facilitating the participation of TTC AgriS in the project of sugarcane cultivation with 4.0 technology in Queensland, Australia. This initiative positions TTC AgriS as a strategic partner in promoting sustainable agriculture and building high-quality human resources;
• Oriented the development of TTC AgriS’s 2030 product strategy through three core platforms: (1) Traceability, (2) Nutrition, and (3) Exchange. This strategy integrates the entire AgriS value chain into a unified IT platform, aiming to optimize operations and governance to meet international standards;
• Spearheaded the team’s efforts in becoming the first company in Vietnam to successfully secure USD 40 million USD from IFC and SMBC under the Global Warehouse Finance Program (GWFP), recognizing shared goals in sustainable agriculture development in emerging markets.
