In 2006, he became General Director of the Guangdong market. In 2008, he became General Director of the South China region (including Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hainan, etc.).

In 2014, he became Deputy General Director in charge of the China market. In 2017, he became Vice President of Focus Media.

In 2023, he became General Director of Focus Media Co., Ltd. (Vietnam)

In nearly 20 years with Focus Media, he trained more than 100 senior managers (leading more than 500 specialists). At the same time, he led the team, bringing Focus Media equipment into countless projects of countless companies, increasing Focus Media’s resource ratio to 90%.
