Kat Nguyen

Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Bích (Kat Nguyễn) is an outstanding entrepreneur and a source of inspiration within Vietnam’s startup community. With a strategic vision and deep passion for traditional values, she founded and leads Cỏ Cây Hoa Lá – a pioneering brand that promotes personal care products made from indigenous agricultural ingredients.

Starting in 2017 with a modest capital of just 80 million VND, under her talented leadership, Cỏ Cây Hoa Lá has grown remarkably, building a community of over 45,000 women entrepreneurs. The brand has not only conquered the domestic market but has also expanded internationally, proudly representing the essence of Vietnamese identity on the global stage.

Ms. Kat Nguyễn’s success extends beyond business. With her powerful and inspiring message, “If the world can do it, so can we,” she has become a role model for the next generation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs. Her outstanding contributions were recognized with the “Best Female Founder” award at Startup Wheel 2023. She actively participates as a judge in prestigious startup competitions, including two consecutive years as a judge for the I-Startup Competition organized by the National Economics University, and as a judge for the Student Track at Startup Wheel 2025, helping to foster entrepreneurial spirit among students.

Notably, she is also a member of the Hanoi Association of Women Entrepreneurs (HNEW), an organization that gathers prominent female business leaders to collectively promote and empower women in the economy.
