My Holland is the CEO of EQuest Asia, Founder & CEO of VKNU, and a consultant with UN Women. A French-Australian of Vietnamese heritage, she has called Vietnam home for the past eight years, partnering with organizations across Asia to develop inclusive leaders, strengthen organizational culture, and build high-performing teams.

An internationally recognised TEDx speaker, executive coach, leadership facilitator, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Train-the-Trainer, and published author, My brings more than 30 years of international business and leadership experience across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the United States. She specialises in leadership development, executive coaching, cultural intelligence, emotional intelligence, and team effectiveness.
