OUR ANNUAL GATHERING
InnoEx’s largest annual event is the ‘International Exhibition and Forum on Innovation and Sustainable Development,’ held every August. This event attracts approximately 30,000 attendees from 60 countries and territories. The event is co-organized by pioneering units in building programs to support the development of the business community in Vietnam, including:
+ Ho Chi Minh City Young Businesspeople Association (YBA)
+ Business Startup Support Center (BSSC)
+ Investment Promotion & Business Support JSC (IBP)
Through this annual event, InnoEx not only introduces innovative technology trends and digital transformation to help businesses grow rapidly but also opens a ‘gateway’ for cooperation, investment, and access to knowledge and information in this field. By creating opportunities for connection between those seeking innovative solutions and those providing them, InnoEx helps save time, costs, and resources for all participating parties.
PHILOSOPHY
Although science and technology are constantly developing and playing a crucial role in innovation, people remain the core element, the foundation, and the ultimate goal of this process. It is people who are the driving force of creativity, the source of all innovative ideas and solutions. Therefore, InnoEx focuses on the comprehensive development of people in innovation, including raising awareness of the importance of innovation, providing knowledge about innovative methods and tools, building a working environment that encourages and celebrates the spirit of innovation, and creating favorable conditions for every individual to maximize their creative potential.
We believe that innovation is not just the privilege of certain industries or levels, but the right and responsibility of everyone. Therefore, InnoEx is committed to creating equal opportunities for all individuals and businesses, regardless of position, industry, or level, to access innovation platforms, including knowledge, skills, technology, and partner networks. Through training programs, seminars, competitions, and other support activities, InnoEx will accompany individuals and businesses on their innovation journey, contributing to building a creative and prosperous society.
InnoEx believes that each component in the innovation ecosystem, whether it be a startup, an investor, a support organization, or a government agency, brings unique advantages and strengths. Therefore, InnoEx not only aims to build a diverse ecosystem but also to be flexible in its connection methods, open to receiving new ideas and models, and always ready to cooperate to jointly promote development.
In the context of globalization, the synergizing of the innovation ecosystem's strengths is not only limited to the national scope but also needs to be expanded and actively connected with international ecosystems. International cooperation will bring many benefits such as access to new resources, knowledge, technology, and markets, while also creating a synergistic force to address common challenges and promote sustainable development.
InnoEx believes that growth is a necessary condition for businesses to develop and expand their scale, but sustainability is the core factor that ensures long-term existence and success.
The global business environment witnesses the rise of businesses that develop remarkably by leveraging the foundation of science and technology and continuously innovating. The whirlwind and vortex of innovation not only open up opportunities for rapid acceleration for new generation businesses but also serve as a warning sign for the risk of deceleration, slow change, and the 'curse' of giant corporations. No business can thrive while standing outside of innovation.
In addition to promoting sustainable growth, InnoEx is also committed to supporting and driving innovations towards a green economy and sustainable development. This includes the application of environmentally friendly technologies and production processes, efficient and economical use of resources, minimizing negative impacts on the environment, and moving towards the goal of harmonious development that does not affect the ability of future generations to use resources.
OUR INSPIRATION
“Our nation stands at a pivotal moment, presented with great opportunities for advancement, yet faced with equally significant challenges. We must resolutely pursue a revolution in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation, ensuring we do not miss this critical juncture again. I call upon the entire Party, all our people, and the military to unite, innovate, and successfully implement these tasks, bringing Resolution 57 to life, and building a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic, and prosperous Vietnam, as envisioned by President Ho Chi Minh.
The development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation is not merely an option; it is a matter of survival. Leaders at all levels must prioritize this as a core political mission; scientists and businesses, I urge you to contribute and innovate; and the public, please join us in this journey by learning and enhancing your digital skills.
Resolution 57 has removed barriers, addressed bottlenecks, and created breakthrough mechanisms to unleash creativity, resources, and promote the development of science, technology, and national digital transformation. With a solid political and legal foundation, and the strong consensus of the entire Party, the people, and the intellectual community, I am confident that this Resolution will create a significant leap forward, contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and driving our country towards sustainable progress.”
