PERSONAL INFORMATION
An Trac, CFA is an investment professional with experience across private equity, investment banking, M&A, principal investing, and corporate strategy.
He is currently Deputy CIO and Head of Investor Relations at Phoenix Holdings, where he works closely with the Group’s leadership on investments, capital allocation, strategic partnerships, and value creation across financial services and other portfolio businesses. His work spans banking, fintech, consumer finance, digital platforms, and other strategic investments.
Prior to Phoenix, An was Vice President in Investment Banking at BDA Partners, advising on M&A and strategic transactions, and previously served as Deputy Head of M&A at Vingroup, where he was involved in major corporate transactions, investment initiatives, and strategic projects across the Group.
Earlier in his career, An built his private equity experience through Creador, MAJ Invest, and VIG, covering investment evaluation, transaction execution, due diligence, and portfolio value creation across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
