• 1988-1990: Programming Engineer, Computer Center, Hanoi Power Company No. 1.
• 1989: Working at Secoin since the first days of its establishment.
• 1990-1995: Specialist of Trade Agency of Vietnam Embassy in Poland.
• From 1995: Return to Vietnam and focus on the production and trading activities of non-fired building materials of Secoin – the leading manufacturer in Southeast Asia for high-end artistic tile products with a system of 9 factories and 3 large showrooms in the North – Central – South of Vietnam

Outstanding Imprints:

• Contributors to the creation of the non-fired building materials industry in Vietnam.
• The creative leader with the slogan “Always original”.
• The first in Vietnam to produce terrazzo tile and concrete roof tile using Japanese wet-pressing technology.
• “The King of outdoor tiles” with hundreds of types of artistic outdoor tiles, beautifying the projects throughout Vietnam and abroad.
