Do Le Thu Ngoc

Ms. Do Le Thu Ngoc currently serves as Assistant Resident Representative and Head of the Inclusive Growth Unit at UNDP Viet Nam, bringing extensive experience in socio-economic development, public policy, and private sector development. In her current role, she focuses on advancing inclusive growth, innovation, enterprise development, and sustainable development, with an emphasis on expanding economic opportunities and strengthening resilience among vulnerable and underserved groups.

She has extensive experience in developing and advancing initiatives related to entrepreneurial ecosystems, digital transformation, green transition, and innovative business models, while fostering collaboration among the public sector, businesses, and development partners to deliver solutions with meaningful and sustainable impact. With a strong background in development and policy, she actively contributes to initiatives aimed at building a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable economy in Viet Nam.
