Eric first visited Vietnam in 2009 to investigate startup opportunities in the food tourism industry. Later, Eric transitioned into the education sector to support others in achieving their academic and career goals, where he is currently the Career Development and Employment Manager at RMIT University, Saigon South Campus. His team provides career services for students and fresh graduates through the Job Shop, Career Mentoring Program, internship & employability programs, and integrating career development learning with academics. He is passionate about mentoring and coaching individuals in their career development, especially in building individuals’ self-efficacy.
Originally from Seattle, USA, Eric has a Bachelor of Economics from Whitman College and MBA from Seattle University. He has a ‘portfolio’ career with 20 years of experience ranging from fundraising & sales, accounting and as an educator.
