Manuela Spiga is the Director of Careers, Industry & Alumni Relations at RMIT University Vietnam, a role she has led since relocating to Vietnam in 2015. She drives strategic industry engagement across academic programs and creates meaningful career pathways for students, building a strong network throughout Southeast Asia through partnerships with industry leaders and international institutions.
She brings more than 25 years of experience spanning the fashion and education sectors, leading initiatives that support emerging talent worldwide in collaboration with leading companies and universities. Before joining RMIT Vietnam, she led Industry Engagement at Istituto Marangoni in London. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade as Director of the Press Office at International Talent Support (ITS), partnering with premier creative institutions such as Bunka College, Central Saint Martins, and Parsons School of Design.
Manuela holds a degree in Business Communication from the University of Trieste (Italy) and a Master of Global Trade from RMIT University, which she completed as a Hinrich Foundation Scholar.
