Thanh is currently CMO cum Corporate Affairs Director at PNJ Group (Vietnam). Thanh has multi-year experiences in marketing, new business development, public relations and journalism. 

Before joining PNJ, Thanh was a co-founder and Operations Director at Isobar Vietnam, (formerly Emerald Consulting, which was acquired by Dentsu in early 2015). He also experienced working for working for VNG Group, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, etc.

Thanh holds an MBA from University of Hawai‘i – Shidler College of Business (US) and a BA in International Economics from Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
