Pham Tuan Anh

Dr. Pham Tuan Anh is currently the Chief Information Technology Officer of Becamex Corporation, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Vietnam Technology & Telecommunication Joint Stock Company (VNTT), and concurrently serves as Chief Technology Officer at the Vietnam International Financial Center.

With an academic and research background in France and more than 14 years of practical experience in the technology sector, he has developed deep expertise in Industry 4.0, smart applications, and digital transformation. The combination of his research background and practical implementation experience enables him not only to approach technology from a strategic perspective but also to transform it into solutions that are successfully applied in practice.

At VNTT, this vision is reflected in the development and implementation of digital platforms, smart city solutions, and technology solutions serving businesses, while actively developing emerging applications such as Drone/UAV, robotics, autonomous vehicles, smart technology infrastructure, and integrated data platforms, toward building a connected, automated, and data-driven urban and industrial ecosystem.

With extensive experience connecting research, technology management, and practical implementation, he has been invited to share his insights at numerous technology conferences, forums, and professional programs involving government agencies, businesses, and the technology community in Vietnam and across Asia.
