Quan Hoang (Max) is R&D Director at Galaxy Holdings, the innovation arm of a leading Vietnamese multi-industry group, where he drives research and partnerships in AI, blockchain and emerging technology. He brings a rare dual perspective to open innovation: a founding member of a startup that raised a $20M Series A/B, now on the corporate side building and scaling startup partnerships. Across 15+ years he has led products at MoMo, Tiki and Shopee — from zero to unicorn scale — before moving into enterprise innovation strategy. His focus today is turning promising startups and emerging tech into real business value a large corporate ecosystem can actually adopt.
