Rongni Li is a cross-border business strategist and the Founder and Managing Director of The Human Space, a boutique executive search firm specializing in Vietnam and broader Southeast Asia. Functioning as a strategic “Cultural Bridge,” Rongni advises international organizations on market entry, executive talent acquisition, and regional scalability. 
Beyond leading her firm, Rongni holds prominent regional influence, currently serving as the Vice Secretary General and an International Affairs Committee member for the Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Vietnam (CTCVN). These leadership roles cement her status as a trusted authority capable of aligning international headquarters’ expectations with dynamic local market realities. 
As an expert in human capital and organizational scaling, Rongni brings a highly specialized lens to startup evaluation.
