He is a leading marketing expert with outstanding contributions in brand building, revenue growth, and shaping competitive strategies for major corporations in Vietnam and internationally.
With strategic vision and extensive experience, since 2021 he has served as Vice Chairman and Board Member of Nutifood, spearheading numerous product innovations and breakthrough marketing campaigns. Previously, he held senior leadership positions such as Global Marketing Director at Pepsi (the first Asian to hold this role), Deputy CEO of Vinamilk, CEO of International Dairy Products (IDP), General Director of Diageo Vietnam, as well as strategic roles at TH True Milk, Asia Food, and Intel.
Throughout his career, he has left a mark on a series of successful brands such as Sting, Twister, KUN, Nuvi, and NutiZen, helping businesses expand market share, enhance product value, and build sustainable brand images. His leadership style combines creative thinking, differentiated positioning, and the ability to execute highly effective marketing campaigns.
Mr. Tran Bao Minh holds a degree in Economics and Marketing and is a regular speaker at conferences on branding and business strategy. Outside of work, he devotes time to market research, mentoring young marketers, and engaging in community activities.
