Ms. Tran Phuong Nga is the first female CEO of Thien Long Group – Vietnam’s No. 1 stationery brand – holding the position since June 2021. She joined Thien Long in 2012 after recognizing the company’s potential during her time working at an investment fund. Before becoming CEO, she held several key roles, including Deputy CEO of Finance & Accounting and Assistant to the Chairman of the Board.
Ms. Nga was awarded a full scholarship from the Australian Government (AusAID program) and graduated with a major in Finance & Accounting from the School of Economics and Finance, University of Sydney.
As CEO, she aims to build Thien Long into a learning organization, focusing on innovation, agility, and sustainable growth. She believes that “change always brings new opportunities” and remains steadfast in pursuing the company’s core values: innovation through challenges, diversity and inclusion, integrity, and dedication.
