The Innovation Insiders #3 – Innovating How Business Really Works

In the context of increasing global economic volatility, businesses in Vietnam are facing multiple emerging pressures at once: shrinking profit margins, rising operating costs, increasingly complex compliance requirements, and intensifying market competition. Changes in policies, taxation, labor regulations, and new governance standards are also pushing companies to adapt more quickly to an increasingly uncertain business environment.

In reality, many businesses do not lack strategy or growth ambition. However, the gap between strategies on paper and how work is actually executed on a daily basis has become a significant bottleneck. Outdated operational processes, fragmented and difficult-to-control costs, and the lack of alignment between people, processes, and tools are quietly eroding organizational efficiency and productivity.

From managing business travel expenses, operating teams, and controlling workflows to optimizing employee experience, operational challenges that may appear small individually are gradually accumulating into significant pressure for business leaders. In this context, competitive advantage no longer comes from simply “doing more,” but from the ability to operate better — with greater discipline, efficiency, and agility.

As a result, execution quality is increasingly becoming a decisive factor in determining a company’s competitiveness in the next phase of growth.

To create a practical dialogue around these challenges, the InnoEx International Innovation Alliance, in collaboration with Grab For Business, will organize The Innovation Insiders #3 forum under the theme:

“Innovating How Businesses Really Works”

The forum is part of the The Innovation Insiders series — a platform that connects business leaders, experts, and ecosystem partners to exchange practical insights on management, operations, and innovation within organizations.
